Site Visit

No required

After an initial phone or email conversation, if it is agreed upon that Baeumler's project management approach is best suited for your project, a site visit will be arranged where we can begin the next steps of the process.

4

Plans / Drawings

required

Plans from a designer and/or architect are required in order for BQC to effectively budget your proposed project. BQC does not have an in-house designer or architect, although we work with many in the community that can help you with the selection process. This is your project and we feel strongly that you find a designer/architect that best suites you and your needs.

If you would like BQC to help you find an architect/designer, please contact us.

5

Scope of Work & Estimate Cost

No required

Once plans are completed, BQC will work diligently to outline and complete a scope of work including an estimated cost of your proposed project.

6

Budget Presentation

No required

Upon completion of the scope of work and estimated cost, a member of our BQC team will directly reach out to set up a formal meeting to present the budget.
