These relationships have built our solid foundation on which we work off of. All of our subcontractors are vetted to ensure that they are properly insured and registered with WSIB.

BQC's mandate is to work as closely as possible with you from start to finish. Any project starts with doing the proper planning. In conjunction with the designer/architect of your choice, BQC will assist in an in-depth pre-project assessment to ensure that an understanding your lifestyle and that your priorities met. It is our goal to maximize every living space and to tailor the home to your needs. We work with you to establish a realistic budget and to discuss what should be expected as projects progress. Our team will professionally manage all aspects of the project to ensure your project is a success.

Project Standards

In addition to its own master craftsmen and tradespeople, BQC has created strong relationships with sub-contractors who are local to the Burlington, Oakville and Mississauga area. These sub-contactors are recommended by us for you, and are a part of our Baeumler Approved Program. Being Baeumler Approved means any and all sub-contractors will be properly insured, registered with the WSIB, and have completed an extensive vetting process.

All BQC team members and Baeumler Approved contractors have signed a Code of Conduct by which they are held accountable. This Code of Conduct allows us to maintain quality control measures well beyond industry standard.
