Evaluation of Request

Site Visit

No required

In order to move forward with an initial estimate, our Senior Business Manager will arrange to meet with you at the proposed job site. They will work with you to gather all required information in order to put together the planning budget. During our high season, please note delay in creating a planning budget is subject to happen

Planning Budget

No required

A planning budget is created and presented in person. This planning budget will give you a rough indication as to the cost of the proposed project as discussed at the initial site visit with our Senior Business Manager. If the planning budget is approved we will move forward to the next step.

Site Measure & Retainer

Baeumler Quality Construction will arrange for a site measure of the existing home in order for permit drawings to be created. At the time of the arranged site visit a retainer must be collected in order for any architectural drawings to be created. This retainer will cover for the pre-construction costs including drawings, permits and any other documents that must be drafted for city submission.
The initial meeting will be approximately 3 hours and at this point a discussion between our Senior Business Manager and the Lead Architect regarding design will take place. A receipt of retainer will be left with the client and signed by all parties involved.

3D Sketch up presentation

No required

If a visual representation of the design is request by the client, a meeting will be arranged for the architect to present the 3-D Sketch Ups that have been drafted. During this meeting, the homeowner will let Baeumler Quality Construction and our architect know of any changes to the design that must be done. We do not move to the next phase until the drawings and designs are approved by the client.
If 3-D Sketch Ups are not required, please skip to step 7.

Scope of Work

No required

With the completed drawings, Baeumler Quality Construction will work to create a detailed scope of work for the proposed project. As a project management based company, we work with local subcontractors who will provide us with initial quotes for pricing. Once the scope of work is completed, we will arrange a presentation date for our Senior Business Manager to explain the scope of work for the proposed job.

If the scope of work is approved by the client and the decision to go ahead with the job has been established, Baeumler Quality Construction will draft up a contract in which both parties will sign. Upon the presentation of the contract a deposit will be collected. At this point in time, you will be introduced to your project manager who will be leading the job with their crew. Once the permit has been approved by the city (please note, the architect will submit the permit on the client’s behalf) we will then commence construction on the date stipulated in the contract.
