President

Bryan

Learning valuable tricks of the trade from his father, a meticulous aircraft engineer, Bryan spent his childhood summers building his family’s cottage from the ground up. His entrepreneurial spirit emerged at the age of 14 when he opened his own handyman business, doing odd jobs for neighbours. After getting his Political Science degree, Bryan pursued his passion for building and founded Baeumler Quality Construction, a full-service construction and renovation company servicing the GTA.

Chief Operating Officer

Matthew

Matthew is the first person that our potential clients meet, and usually is the one who hands the keys back when the work is completed. He will guide you through budgeting, pricing, design and drawings, scope of work and contracts. Before bringing his business strategy and expertise to Baeumler, Matthew owned and operated his own full-service construction company for over 20 years. His design-build business and cabinetry company were closely aligned with BQC’s methods and philosophy, making it a smooth transition when he joined the Baeumler team in 2015. In his spare time, Matthew enjoys travelling all over the world to experience new and exciting cultures and cuisines.

Manager of Operations

Rob

An experienced manager in all aspects of construction operations, Rob is highly skilled in finding solutions for our clients and team. Rob has over two decades of experience in the building industry and a decade alone spent managing projects and employees. He thrives to build great relationships with trades in order to benefit our clients' projects. He has been with Baeumler for 5 plus years, and we look forward to many more. When he is not looking after our daily operations you can find him with his family or playing golf.

Project Manager

Wayne

With just over two decades of construction experience, it was an easy decision to bring Wayne onboard. We are very excited to have him bring his skills and knowledge that he has gained working in mass home division builds. He was excited to be apart of a company in this industry that associates itself with high quality and professional standards. When Wayne isn’t managing job sites, you can catch him spending quality time with his wife and kids on the lake!

Design Consultant

Kayla

Kayla came to work for Baeumler just one year out of university. Her business degree proved to be essential for the small dynamic of the family company. Hired back in 2014, she has worked her way through many different positions within the company. Her work ethic and love for a challenge makes her a valid member of the Baeumler Team. When she isn’t assisting the General Business Manager or Project Managers, you can find her on a golf course or at a soccer game.

Site/Project Manager

Justin

Starting as a carpenter with Bryan Baeumler on “Disaster DIY,” Justin has grown to learn many different skills. He left to start his own business but realized that the family environment that the company offered was something he missed. We were fortunate to be able to bring him back on staff and he has been working as a site supervisor. Justin is a bit of an artist and spends his free time drawing. He is also carrying on the legacy of a family trade by designing and building custom woodwork.

Site Supervisor

Ryan

Ryan came to us with more than 10 years of construction experience as an owner of his own company. He decided that working for a company, as opposed to running one, would give him more work-life balance and the opportunity to work with individuals who could help grow his knowledge and experience. Ever since he can remember he always loved being able to bring construction materials to life. He was drawn to Baeumler because we work as a cohesive team with everyone working towards the same goal. When Ryan isn’t busy coming up with creative solutions on-site, you can find him hosting friends and family with some delicious eats off the BBQ.

Site Supervisor

Geoff

Geoff has always had a passion for building and putting materials together to make new and interesting pieces. He studied in the Construction Engineering Technician program at Fanshawe College, and started as a Skilled Carpenter at Baeumler. He worked very hard to ensure jobs were done properly and on time and we couldn’t have been more excited to promote him to a Site Supervisor. When Geoff isn’t helping make our clients dreams become a reality, he is enjoying spending weekends up at his cottage with family and friends.

Project Manager for Baeumler Custom Cabinetry

Adam

Adam entered the construction industry to soon find out that he had a finesse for cabinetry, millwork, and finished carpentry. With 17 years of experience under his belt with Cabinetry, he decided to join Baeumler Custom Cabinetry in 2016 as the lead Cabinet Installer. Since working at Baeumler, he has been able to hone and grow new skills while working with some of the industry’s best experts, tradesman, and tradeswomen. Adam’s core values are all about family and he loves spending time with his wife and three children.

Lead Service Tech

Tim

Tim has been working at Baeumler Quality Construction since 2014. With his enjoyment of building and being creative, Tim realized that he loved being able to ensure that all final touches were completed for our clients. He has been our Lead Service Tech for Post Construction deficiencies since 2017. With over 3 decades of construction experience, he still loves learning new tricks and techniques, especially from his co-workers. When he isn’t working onsite, Tim loves travelling with his wife and watching football.

Project Assistant

Angela

Our clients are always warmly welcomed into the office by Angela. She always has a smile on her face and her positive mood carries through the office. Angela studied Archeology in school but wanted a change with her career. She was excited about the construction industry and in 2019 was hired to assist the sales team. Her hard work ethic and can-do attitude makes her an exceptional addition to our team. When she isn’t in the office, she loves being involved with the local community by dancing and teaching dance.
